GPR Scanning

What is GPR?

GPR is an acronym for “Ground Penetrating Radar”. GPR utilizes radar pulses to image the subsurface and then transmits these images to a color video monitor for interpretation. Interpreting GPR requires a highly trained professional. GPR can pick up things like tension cables, underground utilities, voids, conduit, rebar, concrete reinforcements, underground storage tanks and various other items. The use of GPR can locate any potential hazards before cutting or drilling therefore, eliminating the high cost associated with damage and repair cost.
